• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into IPOINT solutions. • Advise on Product Compliance & Sustainability and conduct discovery workshops. • Develop value-based demos, PoCs and business cases. • Build long-term customer relationships and support events and workshops. • Work closely with Product Management, project and IT teams. • Prepare RFx responses and SOWs for tailored solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales engineering, presales, or project management within a SaaS environment.
  • Solid understanding of Product Compliance & Sustainability (experience in automotive or manufacturing is a plus).
  • Ability to connect technical and business topics and explain them clearly.
  • Experience in value-based selling and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, structured and customer-focused with a can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Role Description We are looking for a sharp, commercially-driven operator to take the Amazon channel to the next level, building and managing a high-performing team, owning the P&L, and ensuring that every product we bring to market lands on Amazon with the strategy, structure, and launch execution it deserves. You will be a part of our Senior Leadership Team, working closely with our Marketing, Inventory, Finance, and Product teams, ensuring that Amazon is part of a greater flywheel that propels Scriveiner to huge and consistent growth over the years to come. What You Will Own - Channel Strategy & P&L Ownership - P&L accountability. Own Amazon CM3 across all active global marketplaces. - Set the long-term vision for how Scriveiner competes on Amazon. - Measure what needs to be measured, report to the CEO on all key metrics. - Amazon Account Management - Own the day-to-day management of the Scriveiner Amazon account. - Monitor account health and resolve listing issues promptly. - Liaise with the Inventory Management team to ensure accurate stock levels. - Maintain and improve product listings to maximise conversion. - Monitor and protect Buy Box performance. - Track and report on key Amazon metrics weekly. - PPC - Take full ownership of all Amazon PPC campaigns. - Manage TACoS performance in line with the company’s expectations. - Conduct regular search term analysis and competitor monitoring. - Work with the business on internal PPC tooling currently in development. - New Product Launches - Own the Amazon launch strategy for all new products. - Contribute to pricing strategy. - Partner with product, inventory, and marketing teams to align strategies. - Team Leadership - Manage an Amazon Listing Specialist and oversee the hiring of a PPC specialist. - Define KPIs for individual and team performance. - Build the case for additional resources as the channel grows. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with multiple teams to maximise success on Amazon. - Partner with inventory management on stock levels and replenishment. - Work closely with the CEO on strategic decisions and channel investment. Qualifications - Proven experience managing and growing a multi-marketplace Seller Central account. - Deep PPC understanding and ability to manage TACoS under pressure. - Experience leading or managing at least one direct report. - Strong commercial judgement for making confident decisions. - A clear, credible communicator who can translate data into insight. - Solid understanding of Amazon brand management and Buy Box mechanics. - Ambitious, high energy, curious, and with a great attitude.
