Role Description Profissional fará parte do time de consultores funcionais do Sistema SuccessFactors módulo Employee Central, e irá atuar na implementação de projetos, melhorias ou suporte. - Atuar em projetos de implementação do Employee Central e Benefícios, projetos de melhorias e no atendimento de suporte a clientes (AMS); - Treinar usuários finais, incluindo profissionais de RH, sobre como usar o SuccessFactors Employee Central e quaisquer funcionalidades relacionadas; - Identificar e sugerir melhorias no sistema com base no feedback dos usuários e na evolução das necessidades de negócios; - Treinar e capacitar pessoas da equipe no módulo Employee Central; - Colaborar com equipes internas e fornecedores para implementar as soluções propostas; - Manter-se atualizado com as últimas liberações e produtos da SAP que envolvem o SuccessFactors Employee Central. Qualifications - Formação superior ou cursando em Administração, RH, Sistemas ou áreas correlatas; - Mais de 1 ano de experiência no módulo SuccessFactors Employee Central, suporte ou projetos; - Certificação: C_THR81 – SAP Success Factors Employee Central (desejável); - Certificações em outros módulos do SuccessFactors (Time Management, People Analytics) são um diferencial; - Inglês Avançado para leitura, conversação e escrita (desejável); - Raciocínio lógico apurado; - Habilidades de comunicação escritas e faladas, com perfil orientado à resolução de problemas e negociação, com iniciativa e capacidade de oferecer novas ideias; - Conhecimento no sistema SAP HCM/ECP (desejável); - Conhecimento de integrações com outros sistemas de folha de pagamento, ERPs ou módulos SuccessFactors.
