• Own the strategy and roadmap for Vanta's learning platform (LMS/LXP) • Lead the build, management, and evolution of Vanta's learning platform (LMS/LXP), defining the strategy, roadmap, and rollout across the company • Treat the platform as a product, continuously improving the experience based on data, feedback, and business needs • Identify and launch new features, workflows, and learning experiences — including AI-powered tools — to drive adoption, usage, and impact • Act as the go-to platform expert, enabling teams to adopt it and embed learning into their day-to-day work • Partner with teams (e.g., GTM, People Ops, G&A, Engineering) to understand needs and deliver scalable platform solutions • Design and deliver end-to-end learning programs, building structured, async-first journeys with targeted live moments where they add value • Build and scale programs in key areas such as onboarding, leadership development, and AI upskilling • Use AI tools to accelerate how content is created, curated, and translated into structured learning journeys with clear goals and measurable outcomes • Define success metrics and report on learning engagement and outcomes to stakeholders and business leaders • Use data and insights to improve programs, inform strategy, and prioritize highest-impact work
Job Requirements
- 4–6+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Experience Design, LMS administration, or Enablement, with ownership of programs or platforms from scoping through launch and iteration
- Track record of standing up or evolving an LMS, LXP, or similar platform, including configuration and driving adoption across teams
- Ability to independently lead cross-functional programs, align stakeholders, set priorities, and deliver with autonomy
- Built async dynamic learning programs such as onboarding, leadership, or skill-based programs such as: AI using formats such as modules, videos, guides, etc.
- Skilled at curating and translating content into structured learning journeys with clear goals and outcomes
- Partnered with business teams to identify skill gaps and translate them into scalable learning solutions
- Defined success metrics and used data such as platform analytics, surveys, and feedback to evaluate programs, improve outcomes, and report results to stakeholders or business leaders
- Proven ability to drive adoption of tools or programs across teams
- Hands-on use of AI tools to improve content creation, program design, or workflow efficiency, with good judgment on when to use them
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work, demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
