Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. - 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, systems engineering, DevOps, or related technical roles. - Strong experience with APIs, scripting, and automation. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong understanding of networking, authentication, and enterprise infrastructure. - Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and production environments. - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments. - Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites if required.
