Role Description Eaze is a sister app of Lokal where Eaze is an emotional wellness platform where you can connect and talk with experienced wellness buddies, who empathize with your experiences and will help you to feel good within minutes. We're looking for a skilled individual for the role of Onboarding and Engagement Manager, to handle the recruitment, training, and onboarding of our wellness buddies and be responsible for their performance and development during their tenure with the platform. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential and existing Wellness Buddies to inform them about products and services. - Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns. - Maintain detailed records of host interactions and transactions. - Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. - Provide accurate and timely information to Wellness buddies. - Stay updated with the latest products, services, and promotional offers. - Train & Onboard new Wellness Buddies as per Guidelines of App. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree. - Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role. - Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu and must be fluent in English (read, write and speak). - Ability to handle Wellness buddy rejection and remain patient. - Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM & Excel. - Strong listening and negotiation skills with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team. Role Description Η Foss Productions αναζητά Μεταφραστή/τρια - Υποτιτλιστή/τρια (από Ελληνικά σε Αγγλικά) για απασχόληση ορισμένου χρόνου, με σκοπό τη δημιουργία αγγλικών υποτίτλων για τις ανάγκες τηλεοπτικής σειράς μυθοπλασίας. Qualifications - Πτυχίο σχετικής σχολής (Αγγλική Φιλολογία, Τμήμα Ξένων Γλωσσών Μετάφρασης και Διερμηνείας - ΤΞΓΜΔ) ή πιστοποιημένη εξειδίκευση/κατάρτιση στη μετάφραση και τον υποτιτλισμό. - Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (σε επίπεδο native/bilingual) και ικανότητα απόδοσης πολιτισμικών στοιχείων και ιδιωματισμών. - Εξοικείωση με επαγγελματικά προγράμματα υποτιτλισμού (π.χ. Subtitle Edit, Aegisub). - Οργανωτικές ικανότητες, συνέπεια στα deadlines και μεγάλη προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. - Η βασική κατανόηση Γαλλικών ή/και Γερμανικών θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα και θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν. • Provide expertise, consultation, and best practice approaches to LILT's enterprise Technology customers in the APAC region • Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to design and maintain an optimal program management framework for high-quality data delivery • Responsible for stakeholder management, risk management, process design, and performance tracking across large-scale accounts • Drive improvements in data workflows, tooling, and quality systems to meet customer KPIs and SLAs • Identify opportunities for efficiency and scale • Lead implementation of processes and systems to meet customer requirements including data collection, annotation workflows, quality control

• Localize all marketing and product copies, ensuring they are accurate, charismatic, and reflect Duolingo’s style guide and requirements • Attend meetings/consult with fellow team members to discuss translations and align on style, tone, and vocabulary • Contribute to the development of in-house style guides for Traditional Chinese • Conduct QA on the live app to ensure that original content is not only correct and understandable for the Traditional Chinese audience, but also engaging and compelling
