What You’ll Do: As a staff engineer at Foxen, you will be a technical co-founder of our next chapter. You will pioneer the development of our next AI-powered revenue stream while establishing the technical foundation and engineering standards that will define Foxen's future. This is not a traditional engineering role; you will be an architect, innovator, and technical leader who turns ambitious vision into market-defining products. You will partner closely with Product leadership to transform ideas into intelligent, scalable solutions that leverage AI to unlock new value for our customers. • You will work to understand integration requirements with SAP and third-party applications. • You will coordinate with SAP and Non-SAP teams for design and solutions. • You will collaborate with functional teams for technical design and documentation. • You will help define BTP governance and best practices. • You will design, develop, and deploy custom iFlows using SAP BTP Integration Suite within SAP CPI. • You will design, develop and deploy integrations using SAP API Management, Event Mesh OR Advanced Event Mesh, and Managed file data transfers.

• Help own and build out new features within our cross-platform TypeScript React Native app, and Golang backend APIs. • Manage our releases, using tools like cohorting, feature flags, and app-store infrastructure to ensure a safe rollout to our millions of active users. • Maintain a strong working relationship with product, design, and the business to ensure stakeholder needs are being evaluated and met. • Work with the team to continuously build clean, scalable, robust, and testable code. • Develop a deep working knowledge of your application, data domain, and KPIs.

• Develop and evolve our mobile app in React Native (iOS and Android); • Work with scalable architecture and high-quality code; • Integrate the app with backend APIs, payment gateways, and external services; • Implement i18n (languages, currencies, dates, time zones); • Adapt the product experience for different markets and regions; • Develop payment flows and automated B2B integrations; • Ensure performance, stability, and cross-device compatibility; • Write and maintain automated tests; • Collaborate with the team to evolve architecture and mobile best practices.
