• Manage digital projects across website development and digital marketing campaigns • Lead project kickoff meetings, status calls, stand-ups, and stakeholder communications • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery schedules • Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, SEO specialists, content writers, and QA teams • Ensure projects move efficiently through discovery, design, development, QA, launch, and post-launch optimization phases • Review final website product and ensure alignment with original scope and client requests • Maintain accurate project documentation, identify project risks, blockers, and scope changes while proactively developing solutions • Monitor team workloads and project capacity to support efficient production operations • Facilitate communication between sales, account management, production, and client teams to ensure smooth project handoffs • Track project performance metrics, deadlines, and deliverables • Support process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency • Ensure quality standards are met prior to launch and coordinate post-launch support activities
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital project management, web production, or agency operations
- Strong understanding of website development processes and digital marketing workflows
- Ability to explain complex processes, such as SEO and Paid Media, to non-technical stakeholders in simplified terms
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, and Google Business Profile
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume digital marketing agency is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with CRMs and project management tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic IT and business transformation projects including Salesforce platform transformation, SAP rollout and other enterprise system implementations. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and RAID logs throughout the full project lifecycle. • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring clear governance and accountability. • Track and report on project progress, milestones, budget consumption and risks, escalating issues to the IT PMO lead and Global IT Manager as appropriate. • Ensure adherence to Bimeda’s IT PMO standards, methodologies and governance frameworks. • Coordinate and lead project workstreams involving cross-functional and cross-regional teams across North America, LATAM, Europe, Africa and Asia. • Engage proactively with senior business and IT stakeholders, including regional CEOs, functional leads and executive sponsors, to align project objectives with business priorities. • Prepare and present clear, concise project status reports, steering committee packs and executive-level communications. • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications between business stakeholders and the IT delivery team. • Build and maintain effective working relationships with third-party vendors, system integrators and contract resource providers. • Coordinate internal IT resources across the Global Technical, Data & Analytics and Global Applications functions in support of project delivery. • Work with vendors and external partners to plan resource requirements, manage deliverables and ensure contractual obligations are met. • Contribute to the ongoing development and maturation of the Bimeda IT PMO, including templates, tooling, governance processes and reporting standards. • Share lessons learned and best practices across the project management community within Bimeda IT. • Support the Global IT Project Management lead in portfolio-level planning, capacity management and prioritization activities.
