Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits design and production
  • Bachelor's degree in design, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Employee benefits knowledge is desired
  • Experience in digital, print, and/or broadcast communications required
  • Proficiency with Adobe, Asana, and Microsoft Office products is required
  • Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience working with templates, paragraph/character styles, and style sheets
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines while maintaining creativity
