• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Assist in developing and creating brand awareness across online platforms. • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads. • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve organic performance. • Write, edit, and proofread engaging marketing copy. • Produce creative content, including short-form videos, blog posts, and email campaigns. • Collaborate with the web design team to build effective landing pages and improve conversion rates. • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data, following best practice guidelines. • Set up and manage analytics and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. • Produce monthly performance reports and conduct analysis across all active campaigns. • Conduct market research to determine customer preferences and requirements. • Monitor and report on competitor marketing activities. • Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support content and image creation workflows. • Liaise efficiently with designers and developers. • Support the team with campaign coordination and administrative marketing tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Minimum of one year of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Solid working knowledge of SEO, keyword research tools, and on-page optimization.
  • Mandatory strong video editing skills and proficient written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or above).
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, specifically Google Analytics.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
