Role Description This position is remote but candidate must reside within the assigned territory (Atlanta, GA metro preferred). Travel is required. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will provide technical assistance to the ADS Sales and Engineered Products Teams, facilitate product installation training, and attend job sites to assist with ADS product associated projects. • Support the sales process by contributing to solution design and development for customer projects • Manage and help execute large, multi-functional, and multi-vendor service projects, including: • Laboratory relocations • Asset management programs • Facility inventories • Other CrossLab service solutions • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements • Coordinate with customers to define project requirements and implement tailored solutions • Support pricing and proposal development for customized project work • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors • Lead meetings, track progress, and maintain clear and accurate project documentation • Actively participate in on-site project delivery activities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects of moderate to high complexity • Develop and maintain project documentation (charter, plans, backlog, status reports) • Manage requirements, scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality • Lead team management: resource planning, allocation, performance tracking, conflict resolution, motivation • Ensure quality through demos, reviews, engineering practices, continuous improvements • Build long-term customer relationships and support sales activities • Mentor team members and participate in recruitment • Drive AI adoption across SDLC and act as AI Champion

• Responsible for identifying congestion points. • Optimize site layouts and apply advanced traffic modeling techniques using industry-standard simulation tools such as VISSIM or comparable platforms. • Provide critical metrics, insights, and feedback to inform and refine design standards. • Play a key part in establishing a scalable traffic control review framework, with the expectation of supporting the rollout and adoption of standardized practices across the broader organization. • Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized • Ensure application of best practice on all projects • Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required • Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are being applied correctly • Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews • Manage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications • Independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers • Client management – assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities • Strategic Thinking - provide advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients’ objectives and business objectives • Knowledge management – ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project is captured • Process improvement – Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
