• Responsible for identifying congestion points. • Optimize site layouts and apply advanced traffic modeling techniques using industry-standard simulation tools such as VISSIM or comparable platforms. • Provide critical metrics, insights, and feedback to inform and refine design standards. • Play a key part in establishing a scalable traffic control review framework, with the expectation of supporting the rollout and adoption of standardized practices across the broader organization. • Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized • Ensure application of best practice on all projects • Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required • Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are being applied correctly • Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews • Manage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications • Independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers • Client management – assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities • Strategic Thinking - provide advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients’ objectives and business objectives • Knowledge management – ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project is captured • Process improvement – Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

• Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Manager - Global CGI Operations. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. • Collaborate with project managers, commercial, client success, CGI production management teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements. • Assist in the client onboarding process by coordinating with various departments. • Provide support for daily operations, helping to manage workflows, schedule meetings, and ensure team alignment. • Help prepare for and follow up on new business meetings and presentations. • Support in organizing and scheduling training sessions for staff. • Build, manage, and maintain internal project schedules.
