Role Description We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to be part of our team develop cutting-edge AI-powered tools and applications, including agentic tools and predictive AI. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and user-centric products by building front-end interfaces and connecting them with robust back-end systems powered by AI models. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for building and implementing systems from the ground up. You would write production-level code while defining processes and best practices for future team growth. - Work together with a collaborative international team of engineers, designers and solution leads to understand customer business needs and translate them into end-to-end solutions. - Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic front-end user interfaces. - Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure applications meet high standards of usability and performance. - Collaborate with the AI engineering team to integrate data pipelines and AI logic into customer-facing applications. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience building scalable web applications, and a degree in Computer Science or related field. - Experience in both backend (e.g. FastAPI, Python) and frontend (e.g. React, JavaScript, TypeScript). - Experience working with relational databases (e.g. PostgresSQL) and data ingestion pipelines. - Proven ability to deliver production-ready software for enterprise use. - Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international team. Requirements - Experienced working in a consulting or agency environment on project-based work. - Familiar with DevOps practices, including building CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Github Actions, or Skaffold. - Familiar with deployment on one of the major cloud providers (preferably Azure). - Able to take charge of a project from conception till customer-ready production-grade deployment. - Passionate about continuously improving code quality by performing code reviews, and following best practices for testing and debugging. - Proficient in AI-assisted coding and are using the latest tools like Claude Code, Codex, and MCPs. - Willing to collaborate with the team to expand knowledge of new technologies and improve software development best practices. • 90% of your time will be spent in the Discoverability team, working with Usman. • “Discoverability” includes all the initiatives that help Modash get found when people search for stuff. Mostly SEO & LLM visibility. • Building systems for programmatic projects and free mini tools. • Implementing automatic AI content translations in multiple languages. • The remaining 10% of your time will be spent as needed in other areas of marketing. • Technical challenges include building in a way that doesn't exceed memory limits during build or runtime.

• Design and develop core product functionality for an AI-powered platform with autonomous agents • Build and improve the agent runtime that allows AI agents to execute tasks, interact with tools, and run in isolated environments • Develop chat-based and conversational interfaces that enable users to interact naturally with their AI agents • Implement and evolve the memory system that allows agents to learn from conversations and store long-term context • Design and build APIs and backend services powering agents, integrations, and real-time features • Work with vector databases and RAG pipelines to support intelligent retrieval and context building • Build real-time experiences (streaming responses, live updates) for interactive agent execution • Participate in building the multi-agent orchestration layer, enabling collaboration between multiple AI agents • Contribute to the AI tool ecosystem, integrating external services and building extensible agent skills • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to iterate quickly and deliver new features

• Own problems end‑to‑end: from understanding the need to shipping the solution. • Design pragmatic architecture before jumping into implementation. • Use AI tools aggressively to accelerate development and iteration, while reviewing and correcting AI‑generated code. • Make smart build‑vs‑integrate decisions under time pressure. • Ensure code is safe, maintainable, and performant (including SQL queries and critical paths).
