• Own problems end‑to‑end: from understanding the need to shipping the solution. • Design pragmatic architecture before jumping into implementation. • Use AI tools aggressively to accelerate development and iteration, while reviewing and correcting AI‑generated code. • Make smart build‑vs‑integrate decisions under time pressure. • Ensure code is safe, maintainable, and performant (including SQL queries and critical paths).
Job Requirements
- Has solid, **hands‑on experience** with:
- Modern web architectures.
- APIs, integrations, webhooks.
- Distributed systems or high‑load applications.
- Production software — not just prototypes.
- Has practical experience with:
- React** (or similar modern frontend framework).
- Laravel/PHP** in production backends.
- MySQL** (or similar relational databases), including understanding of query performance and optimization.
- Can reason about:
- Code safety and maintainability.
- Performance characteristics of the systems they design, especially database‑heavy parts.

Requirements - Experience building your own games as personal projects or game jams. - Experience with asset pipelines: asset bundles, dependency management, etc. - Mobile experience (iOS and Android): ability to debug native device issues, strong understanding of hardware and platform limitations, performance metrics, etc. - Experience with AWS, Docker, Kibana, Ansible. - Experience with automated testing.
