• The Customer Project Manager is responsible for providing quality and timely delivery of inverters and Medium Voltage stations to utility scale projects in North America. • Duties include managing project scope and station integration, delivering inverter solutions to meet specific customer needs, supporting customer negotiations and installation projects, and serving as a primary point of contact for EPC partners and station integrators. • Define the scope, schedule, and cost basis for utility scale project proposals. • Coordinate with the Sales department to communicate customer and client needs and to negotiate contracts and order changes. • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning and Medium Voltage station integration. • Monitor and provide reports on task completion and forecasting of project milestones. • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and measure success from the customer's perspective. • Trigger effective and timely PO and invoice activities. • Build and maintain partner relationships with EPCs and station integrators. • Identify and complete process improvement projects. • Own decisions related to the project and maintain partial project budget responsibility.

• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare programs aligned with value-based care models. • Analyze clinical, financial, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to support care coordination, population health, and quality improvement initiatives. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. • Leads a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects. • Responsible for managing financial budget and performance of the project to include evaluating resource needs based on scope, timelines and deliverables. • Monitor program performance against KPIs and regulatory benchmarks (e.g., CMS, NCQA, HEDIS). • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. • Serve as a liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact. • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to organizational knowledge development. • Analyze new and complex project-related problems, creating innovative solutions that involve schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management. • Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.

• Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning through execution to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices (Agile and Waterfall). • Build project plans based on customer requirements, partner inputs, and implementation team deliverables. Must understand key technical concepts for CCaaS and Telecoms. • Develop detailed project plans aligned with the SOW and inclusive of partner-led or co-delivered workstreams. • Lead multiple projects concurrently, including those executed in collaboration with GSIs (prime or sub-contractor models). • Track action items and enforce accountability across internal stakeholders and external partner teams. • Identify and mitigate risks early, including risks related to partner delivery, scope ownership, and customer satisfaction. • Report on Project Financials, including revenue forecasting, recognition, and partner-influenced revenue contribution. • Maintain a real-time view of project health, including milestone tracking, risks, escalations, and executive summaries for GSI-involved engagements. • Act as an escalation point for delivery challenges, including GSI partner execution issues, scope disputes, and customer risks. • Establish and enforce delivery standards, governance models, and quality benchmarks across all GSI-supported implementations. • Coordinate Professional Services resources supporting GSI engagements and ensure alignment with delivery methodologies. • Lead post-project evaluations and retrospectives with customers and partners to capture lessons learned and improve delivery playbooks. • Communicate clearly and regularly with all stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and GSI partners. • Drive strong cross-functional alignment between Professional Services, GSI Partner Sales, Customer Success, and partner organizations. • Support seamless sales-to-delivery handoffs for GSI-influenced deals and ensure execution readiness. • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence across matrixed teams.

Role Description In this role you will be assisting a team of Environmental Biologists and other County review staff by providing technical support and advice to the public, performing field visits to delineate wetlands, type drainages, and to check for habitat presence. You will play an integral role in analyzing impacts to wetlands, fish, and wildlife habitats while interacting with developers, reviewing the work of private consultants, assisting farmers with the permit process, and code revisions. Software such as Bluebeam and other similar software will assist in analysis, decisions, and reporting. Along with working in the field, this position may work at the “Biologist of the day” desk at the Pierce County Development Center interacting and guiding other teams and the public. Qualifications - Five years of experience working with complex environmental issues. - One year experience in a leadership or supervisory role. - A minimum of one year experience delineating wetlands using the Unified Federal Manual and preparing wetland reports. - Graduation from a four-year college or university with a degree in botany, biology, environmental studies, fisheries, soil science, wildlife biology or a related field. - A resume and cover letter are required for this position. - A valid driver’s license is required. Requirements - Maintain effective communication with county departments and staff to facilitate and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. - Supervise and coordinate activities of a designated unit; determine work procedures, prepare work schedules and determine methods for expediting workflow; assign, review and approve the work of subordinate staff. - Ensure consistent interpretation related to land use and environmental laws, rules, policies and procedures. - Investigate grievances involving subordinates and recommend resolution; recommend promotional and disciplinary actions; approve leave requests, and overtime; assure adequate coverage during staff absences. - Conduct performance evaluations and develop performance measures and standards. - Draft and review related County regulations, ordinance and rules. - Conduct office and field studies and assess the potential impacts of construction or other activities on natural resources.
