• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories • Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate needs • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance metrics • Support data-driven decision-making using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau • Evaluate current business processes and identify inefficiencies • Recommend and implement process optimization and automation solutions • Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors • Ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered accurately • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
