Augment Risk
• Support the structuring and placement of reinsurance programmes. • Analyse client portfolios to inform pricing, structuring, and strategic recommendations. • Prepare clear, concise, and high-quality analytical materials for client discussions. • Collaborate with brokers, clients, and reinsurers to execute transactions. • Provide insights on portfolio performance and support ongoing client advisory work. • Contribute to the development and enhancement of actuarial models and analytical tools. • Manage, mentor, and develop junior analysts.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in actuarial or related analytical roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar) desirable.
- Understanding of reinsurance structures, pricing, and capital management is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus.
