• You analyze our clients' issues and provide suitable solution options based on your assessment. • You serve as the first point of contact for our clients regarding support inquiries. • You document support cases and the corresponding resolution steps in a structured and transparent manner in our ticketing system and actively contribute to the expansion of our knowledge base. • You set up our software solutions remotely for clients via remote support and provide training on their use. • In addition, you maintain long-term, trusting relationships with our clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- You have experience with day-to-day use of IT applications and are enthusiastic about technical solutions.
- You have solid knowledge of Windows and are confident using common MS Office applications.
- Strong customer and service orientation is one of your strengths.
- You demonstrate strong communication skills and can explain complex issues clearly and understandably.

Role Description Advantmed is seeking highly organized and detail-driven (Remote) Support Executives to support our In-Home Assessment (IHA) operations. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative workflows, member activities, and provider visit logistics to ensure smooth field execution. This role is heavily focused on coordination, data accuracy, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
