Role Description The Senior Manager, Solution Delivery, leads a team of engineers responsible for consulting, design, architecture, and migration planning for new customer engagements. This role is accountable for driving high-quality, scalable delivery outcomes across complex cloud environments, ensuring alignment to customer objectives, architectural standards, and business priorities. This leader combines strong technical acumen with strategic thinking, operational discipline, and people leadership to maximize delivery effectiveness in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Success in this role requires the ability to influence across functions, drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, and continuously improve delivery processes and customer outcomes. The Senior Manager, Solution Delivery serves as a key customer advocate throughout the implementation lifecycle, acting as an escalation point for customers, project teams, and engineers. This role ensures a seamless transition from implementation to support, including documentation, customer reviews, and knowledge transfer to enable long-term success. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience - 8+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or managed services environments - Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive results, and operate with a high degree of autonomy - Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation as needed - Strong experience with VDI solutions, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Citrix - Broad infrastructure knowledge including firewalls, switching, Windows Server environments, and Active Directory - Proven ability to lead and deliver complex technical projects in customer-facing environments - Experience working in or alongside project management frameworks and methodologies - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Requirements - Provide strategic and operational leadership for consultative cloud solution delivery and implementation - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Architecture, Support, and Product teams to deliver successful customer outcomes - Drive standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement across delivery processes and methodologies - Ensure adherence to architectural standards, security best practices, and product-aligned delivery frameworks - Oversee department operations, including resource planning, financial performance, and budget accountability - Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and career development - Serve as the primary escalation point for customer delivery issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and initiatives across diverse customer environments - Identify opportunities to automate and optimize delivery processes to improve efficiency and consistency - Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within delivery practices Benefits - Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $148,500.00 - $247,500.00 - Flexible vacation policy with paid time off as deemed consistent with duties - Seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year - Up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for personal or family wellness - Additional paid time off for bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave - Health care insurance (medical, dental, vision) - Retirement planning (401(k)) - Paid days off (sick leave, parental leave, flexible vacation/wellness days, and/or PTO)
