Job Description

Lead Programs Manager

OpenLoop Health

Role Description OpenLoop is hiring a Lead Program Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for our TRT/HRT program. This is not a coordinator role — you are the single accountable owner of whether TRT/HRT delivers against the goals we've set for it. The roadmap is yours to define, defend, and ship. Hormone optimization — TRT for men, HRT for women — is a category where OpenLoop has both significant scale and meaningful commercial upside. The roadmap challenge is balancing clinical rigor with the patient experience and operational efficiency that lets the program scale across hundreds of thousands of patients. You'll set the program's direction, align Clinical, Product, Engineering, Pharmacy, RCM, Implementation, Marketing, and Client Success behind it, and are accountable to senior leadership for outcomes. This role is scoped to a single program today. As OpenLoop’s program portfolio and operating model mature, Lead Program Managers may expand to own multiple programs or a full program vertical. What You'll Do - Own the strategy. - Define the multi-quarter roadmap for TRT/HRT, including the metrics that matter, the bets we're making, and the sequencing that gets us there. - Close the deliverable-to-goal gap. - Set the operating goals. - Make build/buy/partner calls. - Lead without authority. - Own the program narrative for senior leadership. - Guide Program Managers. - Own client outcomes for the program. - Translate client and market signal. - Drive program-level commercial outcomes. Qualifications - 7–10+ years of experience owning programs, products, or operating units in healthcare, digital health, health tech, or closely adjacent fields. - At least 3 years setting strategy and owning a roadmap end-to-end. - Direct experience in hormone optimization or adjacent longitudinal care models. - Ability to build deep fluency, including lab-based eligibility workflows and prescribing pathways. - Track record of strategy ownership, not just execution. - Demonstrated cross-functional leadership. - Strong commercial and analytical instincts. - Exceptional written communication. - Built structure in fast-moving environments. - Strong compliance instinct. Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision plans - Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts - Flexible PTO - 401(k) + Company Match - Life Insurance, Pet insurance, and more Company Description We have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop. Everyone is encouraged to bring ideas to the table and make things happen. This fits in well with our core values of Autonomy, Competence and Belonging, as we want everyone to feel empowered and supported to do their best work.
