Base Salary Range: 130000 - 202000 Company Description As the leader in Digital Employee Experience, Nexthink gives enterprises real-time visibility into how employees experience technology across devices, applications, networks, and digital workflows. Our platform helps IT teams move from reactive support to proactive, automated experience management: seeing issues, diagnosing root causes, fixing problems at scale, and increasingly using AI to deliver faster, more intelligent outcomes for employees. Nexthink describes its platform as a unified DEX data and automation layer with AI-powered IT agents and Spark, built to help teams decide, design, automate, and resolve employee issues instantly. Job Description You'll be the technical voice on our largest enterprise deals across the Northeast - partnering with Fortune 500 IT leaders in financial services, pharma, healthcare, and professional services to rethink how they deliver technology to their employees. You'll have real ownership of your territory, the visibility that comes with strategic deals, and the backing of a category-leading platform and a North American business in a high-growth phase. The work you do here shapes deals, shapes the team, and shapes how Nexthink shows up in the most sophisticated IT environments in the world. What success looks like First 90 days: Platform fluency deep enough to lead demos and value workshops solo. Working hypotheses on your top strategic accounts. Strong relationships with your AE, PS, and partner counterparts. Year one: The trusted technical voice on strategic deals in your territory. Value workshops that move buyers from "interesting tool" to "executive priority." Internal recognition as a thought leader - speaking, enabling, mentoring. The role: - Become a Nexthink SME and thought leader, both internally and externally, to drive the business value of the Nexthink Platform. - Help the sales team qualify leads by using your deep understanding of product capabilities to address business issues and provide business value. - Demonstrate how Nexthink solutions can support overall customer initiatives and how this generates business outcome. - Work with multiple stakeholders in different functions such as IT Security, IT Operations and IT Service Management to illustrate use cases where Nexthink can add value. This requires strong account management capability as well as a passion and enthusiasm for introducing disruptive technology. - Supported and led large-scale enterprise transactions as a solution consultant by using industry knowledge and understanding to move deals forward. - Run and facilitate value-based workshops with prospects so that they can fully discover and understand how Nexthink can address their strategic projects and major issues. - Participate as a speaker in key company events and other marketing-related activities. - Become a thought leader both internally and externally, evangelizing on Nexthink and driving business value. - This is a field-based role and requires domestic travel to Client sites in the Northeast Region and occasional travel to other Nexthink sites within the USA and internationally. #LI-Remote Qualifications - 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, or technical consulting, with at least part of that selling SaaS or cloud-based enterprise solutions. - Proven track record meeting or exceeding revenue goals in partnership with a sales organization. - Demonstrated experience leading large, complex enterprise deals as the technical voice in the room. - Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following: - End User Computing, Workplace, or Desktop Services - Digital Experience Monitoring or end-user experience platforms - Cloud, Windows, M365, or major migration / change programs - ITIL, service lifecycle, or IT service management - Endpoint security, governance, risk, or compliance - Strong business acumen - able to translate technical capability into business outcomes for executive audiences. - Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; credibility with senior IT leaders and executives. - Willingness to travel domestically across the Northeast, with occasional US and international travel. Preferred - Experience introducing a new or category-defining technology into an enterprise market. - Background bridging two or more of the domains above (e.g., DEX + ITSM, or EUC + security). - Experience as a public-facing thought leader - speaking, writing, or evangelizing. How you work - Sound judgment on when to act independently and when to escalate. - Strong team orientation - you treat sales, PS, and partners as collaborators, not internal customers. - Adaptable and resilient in a fast-moving, evolving environment. Additional Information Total Rewards @ Nexthink At Nexthink, we offer one of the most comprehensive and generous benefits plans. Your total rewards compensation package includes base salary and may also include a commission or performance bonus plan.
