Role Description We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who enjoys working closely with the product engineering team and takes ownership of making systems reliable, fast, and easy to work with. As a DevOps Engineer, you will: - Design, build, and maintain automated infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Maven, and AWS. - Move our build and runtime environment to run on Kubernetes and Github Actions. - Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters with an eye on reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. - Manage Prometheus and Loki monitoring, alerting, and logging systems that make problems visible before they happen. - Develop new workflows with developers to create new development, test, and production workflows. - Help drive practical automation and AI-assisted improvements where it makes sense. - Get your hands dirty, build things that just work and make the system better every day. - You like metrics and data as feedback instruments to guide actions and improvements. Qualifications - Hands-on experience as a DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure Engineer. - Familiar with cloud-infrastructure (IAM, networking, automation, etc.), AWS preferred. - Proven experience with Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Github Actions. - Understand how cloud-native and Java-based applications run and scale in production environments. - Proactive mindset. • Support clients in adopting application and infrastructure modernization solutions on AWS; • Develop solutions, templates, and tools for the AWS platform; • Design, validate, and evolve scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures for both new products and the evolution of existing solutions; • Provision, configure, and manage infrastructure on AWS; • Define and implement automation pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK; • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying agents, applications, and tools; • Ensure adherence to AWS Well-Architected Framework best practices; • Gather requirements from stakeholders; • Share technical knowledge and define standards and best practices for cloud architecture, infrastructure, and governance.

Role Description We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team! You will design and develop solutions to complex application and integration challenges, oversight of our operations, and you will leverage the latest technology in our cloud tenancies. - Cloud platform deployment hands-on experience in Azure and AWS. - Attend and actively participate in customer ceremonies and activities (Scrum/Kanban). - Creatively solve problems in the DevOps space, collaborating with customer Ops, Development, and QA team members. - Maintain a “can-do” attitude and a sense of urgency. - Listen to our customers/teams, understand their pain points, coach/mentor them for working smarter. - Document & Build CI/CD Pipelines. - Document & Build Infrastructure as Code. - Work with Docker and Kubernetes to create and schedule containers for deployments. - Document decisions regarding technology choices, best practices and process flow. - Automate builds and deployments across multi-platform environments. Qualifications - Strong interpersonal skills. - A can-do attitude and sense of urgency for a high growth/fast paced environment. - Proven track record of leading implementation of release engineering best practices, both processes and technologies. - BS in Computer Science or equivalent. - Curious mind, wanting to learn new technologies. - The ability to think outside of the box to resolve issues and create solutions. - Intermediate to advanced Red Hat OpenShift experience. - Strong background in managing version control systems (SVN, Git, etc.). - Experience managing continuous integration systems (Jenkins, Hudson, etc.). - Experience with automated configuration management and deployment tools (Puppet, Chef, SaltStack, etc.). - Experience developing infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform). - Strong experience with Cloud-Native applications. - Background working in a multi-platform environment (Linux, Windows). - Experience with builds and packaging in a Linux/Java environment strongly preferred (Maven, rpm, etc.). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and working with a structured change management process. - Broad range of programming/scripting experience (e.g., Python, Ruby, GO, etc.). - Experience with technologies to create and manage virtual development environments (e.g., Vagrant) a bonus. - Experience with containerization and scheduling (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). Requirements - Salary commensurate with years of experience, technical expertise and geographic location. - Salary range: $100,000 to $180,000. - Performance bonuses.
