• Support clients in adopting application and infrastructure modernization solutions on AWS; • Develop solutions, templates, and tools for the AWS platform; • Design, validate, and evolve scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures for both new products and the evolution of existing solutions; • Provision, configure, and manage infrastructure on AWS; • Define and implement automation pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK; • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying agents, applications, and tools; • Ensure adherence to AWS Well-Architected Framework best practices; • Gather requirements from stakeholders; • Share technical knowledge and define standards and best practices for cloud architecture, infrastructure, and governance.

Role Description We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team! You will design and develop solutions to complex application and integration challenges, oversight of our operations, and you will leverage the latest technology in our cloud tenancies. - Cloud platform deployment hands-on experience in Azure and AWS. - Attend and actively participate in customer ceremonies and activities (Scrum/Kanban). - Creatively solve problems in the DevOps space, collaborating with customer Ops, Development, and QA team members. - Maintain a “can-do” attitude and a sense of urgency. - Listen to our customers/teams, understand their pain points, coach/mentor them for working smarter. - Document & Build CI/CD Pipelines. - Document & Build Infrastructure as Code. - Work with Docker and Kubernetes to create and schedule containers for deployments. - Document decisions regarding technology choices, best practices and process flow. - Automate builds and deployments across multi-platform environments. Qualifications - Strong interpersonal skills. - A can-do attitude and sense of urgency for a high growth/fast paced environment. - Proven track record of leading implementation of release engineering best practices, both processes and technologies. - BS in Computer Science or equivalent. - Curious mind, wanting to learn new technologies. - The ability to think outside of the box to resolve issues and create solutions. - Intermediate to advanced Red Hat OpenShift experience. - Strong background in managing version control systems (SVN, Git, etc.). - Experience managing continuous integration systems (Jenkins, Hudson, etc.). - Experience with automated configuration management and deployment tools (Puppet, Chef, SaltStack, etc.). - Experience developing infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform). - Strong experience with Cloud-Native applications. - Background working in a multi-platform environment (Linux, Windows). - Experience with builds and packaging in a Linux/Java environment strongly preferred (Maven, rpm, etc.). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and working with a structured change management process. - Broad range of programming/scripting experience (e.g., Python, Ruby, GO, etc.). - Experience with technologies to create and manage virtual development environments (e.g., Vagrant) a bonus. - Experience with containerization and scheduling (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in AWS CDK (TypeScript): Development and management of infrastructure resources using the AWS Cloud Development Kit. • GitLab Management and GitLab Pipelines: Administration of GitLab instances and creation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines. • Kubernetes Deployments (EKS): Deployment and management of Kubernetes clusters on Amazon EKS. • RDS Aurora (PostgreSQL): Management and optimization of Amazon RDS Aurora databases using PostgreSQL.

• Work with the latest AWS technologies like Kubernetes (EKS), S3, Postgres, DocumentDB, and more. • Manage our AWS production deployments (SaaS) running on AWS EKS. • Design and develop tools for managing and applying DevOps principles, such as CI/CD automation and IaC (Infrastructure as Code) on our Cloud-based production systems. • Work with the team to enhance production stability, availability, and reliability. • Install, configure, update and troubleshoot our product microservices and tools including databases • Design and manage different monitoring and observability tools for troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
