Role Description Chez Bell, vous participerez à l’orientation de la vision stratégique et à la livraison pratique de l’organisation afin de faire progresser notre entreprise et de soutenir les groupes et les membres de l’équipe de tous les secteurs de l’organisme. Vous serez responsable d’offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en répondant à diverses demandes liées à la paie et en redirigeant les clients lorsque nécessaire. Il/elle veille également à ce que les conseils et recommandations fournis contribuent positivement à l’efficacité du traitement de la paie. Tâches et responsabilités - Recevoir et résoudre les demandes reliées à la Paie des employés et des gestionnaires. - Rediriger les demandes vers les bons services ou départements au besoin. - Effectuer des analyses pouvant parfois être complexes. - Comprendre les délais de traitement et de validation de la paie. - Expliquer les feuillets d'impôts tout en respectant les lois, les exigences gouvernementales et les conventions collectives. - Répondre avec intégrité et exactitude aux questions concernant la rémunération versée aux employés. - Prendre les mesures nécessaires afin d’éviter de générer des pertes supplémentaires. - Compléter les déclarations transmises à différents organismes gouvernementaux. - Remplir avec précision les différents documents et effectuer les suivis nécessaires. - Conformité aux exigences légales et réglementaires. - Comprendre et coordonner en détail la rémunération. - Expliquer le traitement précis et efficacement les différentes composantes de la paie des employés de Bell et ses filiales. - Analyser différents rapports et y apporter les corrections nécessaires. - Comprendre et être capable d'effectuer les calculs de rémunération du salaire brut au salaire net, le calcul des vacances, etc. - Maintenir la satisfaction et la confiance des employés de Bell et ses filiales. - Analyser et traiter les demandes provenant de diverses sources internes et externes. - Produire des rapports spécifiques, des feuillets d'impôts et tout document connexe pour les employés actifs, en congé de maladie et les retraités. - Interpréter et assurer le respect des différentes conventions collectives et des lois gouvernementales. - Régler les plaintes de première ligne, ainsi que les situations inhabituelles et complexes. - Négocier des ententes de remboursement avec les employés qui ont reçu un paiement excédentaire. Qualifications - Connaissance des législations sur la conformité de la paie. - Connaissances générales de la paie. - Posséder une expérience de travail dans un environnement de Service à la Clientèle. - Connaissance de l'anglais et du français requise. - Bon sens de l'organisation, de la planification, de la gestion des priorités ainsi que la gestion du temps. - Savoir faire preuve d'intégrité, de confidentialité et de professionnalisme. - Être reconnu pour sa capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe. - Excellentes aptitudes aux relations interpersonnelles et collaboratives. - Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des échéanciers serrés. - Posséder un grand souci du détail pour assurer l'exactitude de l'information. - Capacité à identifier les obstacles et proposer des solutions. - Aptitude à travailler et à évoluer dans un environnement en changement. Requirements - Détenir un minimum d’une année d'expérience de travail dans un environnement de centre d'appels à grand volume. - Avoir complété ou être en voie d'obtention d’une formation ou une équivalence à ACP. - Expérience en gestion du temps (administrateur de temps dans SAP). - MS Excel intermédiaire (recherche V, tableaux croisés dynamiques). - MS Word intermédiaire. - Connaissance de SAP/ADP-Workforce Now/Dayforce. Reporting to the Payroll Lead, you will own the day-to-day execution of payroll across the UK and additional European countries — ensuring every employee is paid accurately and on time, every cycle.
