Role Summary: The Manager, Media Activation is responsible for overseeing and servicing their assigned dentsu accounts through high levels of communication, collaboration, and activation. As a base level manager, success in this role will require deep knowledge of the media landscape, media tools, and Amplifi offerings to drive as much value as possible for dentsu clients. Managers are responsible for managing their team, developing their skills, evaluating their performance, and managing their growth. This role is a step toward greater leadership within the network. You will report to the Associate Director on the team, and this role can be remote. Key Responsibilities: Understand the demands, goals, and strategic tone of assigned dentsu client accounts to service their needs Identify alternative income opportunities for assigned dentsu clients to sell through Amplifi product offerings Ensure client deadlines and deliverables are completed in an accurate and timely manner Working knowledge of Amplifi commercial partnerships deal terms i.e. inclusions and exclusions for correct activation across assigned dentsu clients Develop relationships with commercial partners to understand their offerings and how they support Amplifi product offerings Confidently lead monthly meetings and process meetings for assigned dentsu client accounts Collaborate with Revenue Operations to make sure that campaign data is up to date and billings are going out correctly MediaOcean Toolkit expert who can teach Associates and Senior Associates how to properly maintain campaign schedules Delegate campaign tasks to Associates and Senior Associates where applicable Act as a resource for Associates and Senior Associates for advice, council, and mentorship Ability to break down escalated issues into critical parts and work to resolve Consult with Senior Manager on client issues that may cause immediate impact to Amplifi revenue forecasts Collaborate with Senior Manager to onboard new dentsu accounts Qualifications: Benefits available with this position include: Medical, vision, and dental insurance, Life insurance, Short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401k, Flexible paid time off, At least 15 paid holidays per year, Paid sick and safe leave, and Paid parental leave. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Communications, Finance or related field
  • 3+ years in a video, digital, social activation or investment role
  • Experience in media tools such as: MediaOcean, Prisma, National Toolkits, Spot Toolkits
  • Knowledge of upfront, scatter, and / or barter marketplace
  • Strong understanding of media math and marketplace trends
  • Expresses oneself clearly and concisely
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and numeracy skills

The Principal Solutions Architect will play a key role in turning this vision into reality. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical depth with cross-functional execution. In this role you will lead the design, testing, and implementation of automation systems across multiple process paths — from pallet to each-pick — ensuring every design is validated and ready to scale across sites. What we do Exol is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising. *Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank. What you’ll do Lead design and validation of end-to-end automation solutions across pallet, case, and each-pick process paths. Translate Exol’s Concept of Operations (ConOps) into modular, repeatable designs deployable across facilities. Drive build–test–prove cycles for facility launches; own UAT, performance validation, and design iteration. Partner with Software, Industrial Engineering, and Operations to ensure seamless WMS/WES/WCS integration and readiness.
