• Play a central role in the migration of our legacy frontend to React — defining patterns, setting standards, and building incrementally without breaking what's live. • Design and evolve a scalable frontend architecture — component systems, state management, performance patterns, testing strategy — built to grow with the product. • Work closely with Product and Design to implement omnichannel UI experiences across voice, chat, email, and other digital channels. • Define and enforce frontend engineering standards — code quality, accessibility, performance, and maintainability. • Mentor other engineers on React best practices and frontend architecture decisions. • Contribute to backend development when required — using Node.js and Nest.js — whether that's building APIs, fixing issues, or unblocking the team. • Actively contribute to technical discussions, challenge scope, and propose better approaches when you see them. • Help the team move faster by reducing friction — better tooling, cleaner abstractions, clearer patterns.
