Customer Training Manager

• Leading and guiding group learning sessions, transferring knowledge and skills to participants • Hosting 1:1 virtual sessions with shops to help them deliver on their success metrics • Becoming a subject matter expert on the product and its functionality • Encouraging participant engagement and discussion, managing group dynamics and promoting collaboration • Adapting content delivery to meet participant needs. • Assessing learning outcomes, providing feedback, and reinforcement • Traveling to in-person trainings for paid customers (travel up to 75% possible due to monthly demand) • Building out trade show sessions and expectations • Traveling to trade shows to help educate and train on best practices • Hosting webinars • Building out long-term needs for structure at in-person trainings
Job Requirements
- Ability to travel as needed to client or employee training locations (up to 75% travel within a given month, depending on customer demand)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (experience with a SaaS company or Automotive Industry expertise is preferred)
- A self-starter attitude with solid organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- A high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, punctuality, and professionalism
- Great interpersonal skills with a problem-solver mentality
- Understand basic financial and accounting concepts with a business mindset
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for growth.
- Experience with following defined processes using CRM (Salesforce is a plus)
- A strong aptitude for quickly building rapport with team members and customers.
