Community Coordinator
Raspberry Pi Foundation
• Plan, deliver, and track activities that grow the number of sustained, impactful Code Clubs in Ireland. • Identify, build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing stakeholders and partners to raise awareness of Code Club and support its growth in Ireland. • Organise and deliver national and regional events, training and activities to engage and support the Irish Code Club community, both online and in person. • Work closely with colleagues across the Foundation to share expertise and coordinate activities. • Use data to inform decision making, and demonstrate improvements over time. • Develop plans and overviews of work using a structured approach aligned with the Foundation’s objectives and key results, and report on progress. • Contribute to content for newsletters, blogs, and social media, and support online course moderation. • Consult new and existing club leaders to inform programme development, and work with colleagues to ensure Code Club processes are efficient and effective. • Create and deliver activities to encourage Irish clubs to get involved in other Raspberry Pi initiatives including Coolest Projects. • Represent Code Club and the Raspberry Pi Foundation at relevant events.
Job Requirements
- Experience of developing and delivering education programmes in schools, ideally on a national scale in Ireland, with an understanding of the educational landscape in Ireland and how schools operate.
- Experience of coordinating voluntary, community or youth focused programmes ideally on a national scale in Ireland. Experience with Code Club or CoderDojo would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to build and sustain successful partnerships and manage stakeholders, ideally at a national level.
- Experience of designing and delivering training and events for educators and volunteers.
- A passion for empowering young people to become confident creators with technology, not just consumers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to a wide range of audiences. Able to produce clear, engaging content for reports, presentations, resources, blogs, marketing materials and social media.
- Experience of project management, including coordination across internal teams and with external partners. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage processes effectively.
- Good data and analytical skills, able to use them to improve what we do, and for reporting, ideally with proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of Garda Vetting and safeguarding procedures for young people in Ireland.
- Capable and confident working from home, with the ability to stay organised, connected, and effective as part of a remote team.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Ireland, and to our office in Cambridge UK, including overnight stays when required. A full clean driving licence.

Role Description As part of the Patient Engagement Team, this role supports patients in re-engaging with Imagine Pediatrics services, ensuring they receive appropriate support by meeting them where they are. The role partners with an interdisciplinary team to address patient needs and enhance re-engagement of patients who were previously enrolled but did not complete onboarding or have not actively utilized services, ensuring they are supported in reconnecting with Imagine Pediatrics care. - Serve as a community-based, patient-facing resource, building relationships with patients and caregivers through direct, in-person re-engagement in assigned geographic areas. - Provide hands-on support to patients and caregivers, including assisting with program re-enrollment, onboarding, and mobile app setup and utilization. - Perform telephonic outreach to caregivers of attributed patients to re-engage children in care, support seamless onboarding, and re-engage those who missed their initial onboarding visit or have not utilized services post-onboarding. - Educate patients and caregivers on Imagine Pediatric services and available community resources, ensuring they understand how to access care and support. - Maintain and gather up-to-date knowledge of local community resources (e.g., social services, healthcare providers, SDOH supports) and connect families to appropriate services. - Conduct community events and facility rounding to engage eligible patients, strengthen relationships, and support ongoing program participation. - Partner with our Behavioral Health teams and local behavioral health providers to support safe patient discharge planning and ensure seamless connection to community-based resources and ongoing care. - Partner with caregivers, families, and facility staff to identify and address barriers to engagement and access to care and work with leadership on ensuring workflows exist to enable access to care. - Collaborate closely with the Patient Engagement Team (Outreach & Enrollment), including Outreach Specialists and Registered Nurses, to support patient re-engagement goals. - Support non-clinical care coordination efforts in the community, including assisting with: - Connecting patients to primary care providers. - Facilitating pharmacy access and medication-related needs. - Providing basic discharge and follow-up support. - Addressing social determinants of health (SDOH) needs. - Removing barriers to care and service access. - Support outreach efforts through outbound engagement calls, as needed, to assist with enrollment, follow-up, and achievement of patient engagement metrics. Role Description The Asset Manager (AM) leads all aspects of a GLF farming region, typically a $50M to $150M business. They report directly to the VP of Operations, manage 1-3 Farm Managers, and are responsible for the long-term success of their farms. The AM works closely with GLF’s Leadership Team to manage their portfolio’s business plans, acquire new farms, raise debt and equity, and oversee major capex projects or strategic initiatives related to their farms. AMs are regularly on the ground at their farms, holding the Farming Team to a high standard, conducting financial analyses on specific farming activities, liaising with community leaders, and more. Responsibilities - Farm Financial Management and Team Accountability (25% of time) - Develops and regularly evaluates long-term business strategy and financial viability for each farm in their region, including making strategic decisions that best position the farm for profitability. - In partnership with Farm Managers, the AM establishes the annual budget and holds Farm Managers accountable to hitting the budget. - Participates in the closing of the Farms’ books each month. - Conducts analysis of potential capital improvements aligned with the farms’ business plan and manages their implementation. - Builds strong working relationships with other Asset Managers, Farm Managers and holds them accountable for the timely completion of assigned tasks. - Leads weekly meetings with Farm Managers. - Helps to create a coaching culture by candidly providing both positive and developmental feedback to their Farm Managers.
