• Establish and maintain a solid customer relationship • Manage maintenance teams across assigned area, including coordinators and direct supervision of technicians when required • Execute Coordinator responsibilities when applicable • Oversee overall workload within the area and optimize sharing of human and material resources incl. the implementation and monitoring of KPIs • Challenge and optimize budgets related to material purchasing within site scope • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members • Identify and escalate training gaps; coordinate deployment of specifically trained technicians across sites • Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery • Liaise with HR BPs on individual cases and main corporate processes to ensure smooth cascading of information • Coordinate with Deployment teams to align maintenance team arrival on new sites • Define and set up the organization of on-site teams for new site launches • Support HR and Safety teams on compliance with local regulations • Ensure application and compliance with EHS procedures for internal teams and external partners • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the scope of responsibility
• Manage end-to-end multi-country payroll processes in collaboration with external providers • Ensure accuracy and compliance of salaries, social contributions, and legal obligations • Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, pension, mobility, etc.) • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies • Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and offboarding documentation • Advise managers and employees on labor law (Netherlands & Italy) and HR policies • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes (including visas/work permits where required) • Maintain compliant and audit-ready employee documentation • Manage sickness and absence processes in line with local regulations • Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR data in HR systems • Process payroll-impacting changes and employee lifecycle updates • Act as the main point of contact for HR and payroll queries • Produce regular HR and payroll reports • Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and automation
