• Map and document current‑state business processes using standard methodologies (e.g., swim lanes, SIPOC, process mapping) • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization across workflows • Recommend simplified, scalable future‑state processes aligned with business goals • Build and configure automated workflows using AI tools, low code/no code platforms, RPA, or workflow engines • Design solutions that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, quality and accelerate turnaround times • Track and measure automation performance and ROI • Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into clear automation and optimization requirements • Support continuous improvement initiatives and establish measurable performance indicators

• Establish and maintain a solid customer relationship • Manage maintenance teams across assigned area, including coordinators and direct supervision of technicians when required • Execute Coordinator responsibilities when applicable • Oversee overall workload within the area and optimize sharing of human and material resources incl. the implementation and monitoring of KPIs • Challenge and optimize budgets related to material purchasing within site scope • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members • Identify and escalate training gaps; coordinate deployment of specifically trained technicians across sites • Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery • Liaise with HR BPs on individual cases and main corporate processes to ensure smooth cascading of information • Coordinate with Deployment teams to align maintenance team arrival on new sites • Define and set up the organization of on-site teams for new site launches • Support HR and Safety teams on compliance with local regulations • Ensure application and compliance with EHS procedures for internal teams and external partners • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the scope of responsibility

• Analyze current-state processes for enlisted performance evaluation workflows (e.g., EVALs/FITREPs) • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for automation • Document as-is and to-be process flows, including decision points and exception handling • Collaborate with Navy stakeholders to validate process understanding and requirements • Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for RPA and IDP solutions • Translate business processes into clear automation logic and rule definitions • Develop user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria • Ensure traceability between requirements, business rules, and implemented automations • Work with developers to define requirements for data extraction from evaluation documents using IDP tools • Help establish data normalization standards across extracted fields • Validate extracted data against expected formats and business context • Define and document business rules to verify completeness and correctness of enlisted evaluation documents • Support implementation of rule-based validation (e.g., required fields, formatting, scoring consistency) • Assist in identifying edge cases and exception scenarios • Develop and execute UAT test cases focused on evaluation document processing • Validate that automation outputs meet Navy business standards • Support defect tracking, triage, and resolution • Act as liaison between Navy personnel SMEs and automation developers • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and demos • Communicate progress, risks, and requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
