Integration Specialist

Zensar

Role Description We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Integration Specialist to design and deliver scalable integrations across Salesforce B2B Commerce, MIM, and enterprise ecosystems. - Architect and implement API-led integrations using REST/SOAP, middleware (MuleSoft/Boomi), and event-driven patterns aligned to Salesforce best practices. - Collaborate with solution architects, BAs, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust integration solutions. - Develop, optimize, and maintain integrations with ERP, PIM, Order Management, and external systems ensuring high availability and performance. - Ensure adherence to enterprise integration standards, security protocols (OAuth, JWT), and data governance policies. - Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex integration issues across environments. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks for integration components. - Support transformation initiatives by enabling reusable integration frameworks and accelerating time-to-market. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration design, data mappings, and support processes. Qualifications - Preferred: Salesforce certifications. - Hands-on experience in large-scale digital transformation / managed services engagements. Company Description
