Implementation Project Manager – Marketing Technology

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery; • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with all project requirements; • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals; • Utilize Harbor project management tools to track project progress, manage resources, and report on milestones to stakeholders; • Coordinate project documentation, including project charter, status reports, and meeting notes; • Monitor and manage projects risks, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure timely resolution; • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication; • Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes; • Address client concerns and escalations promptly, ensuring satisfaction and alignment; • Provide direction and support to project team members; • Responsible for keeping the project on budget. Provides customer billing, review of invoices and associated timecards, and addresses any client questions regarding invoicing; • Ensure project delivers the scope as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW);

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years project management experience implementing legal software preferred;
  • Four-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education;
  • Proficient with collaboration and project tracking tools;
  • Competent in the following areas: problem solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality;
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus;
  • Experience with Marketing Technology, including CRM and Experience platforms, is preferred, but not required.
