• Source, screen, and recruit finance and accounting professionals for U.S.-based companies. • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job intake, candidate outreach, interviews, and offer negotiation. • Build and maintain strong finance talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms. • Develop tailored sourcing strategies for finance roles such as Accounting, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Payroll, Tax, and Audit. • Conduct structured interviews to assess technical expertise, analytical skills, and cultural fit. • Partner closely with clients to understand financial team needs, reporting structures, and hiring priorities. • Collaborate with the People & Compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation. • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular pipeline and progress updates. • Stay current on finance hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market demand.

• Support day-to-day customer financial deliverables, including invoicing and required reporting • Pull, validate, and reconcile actuals from OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud) against program expectations • Analyze monthly incurred cost to support customer cost and labor reporting and invoicing • Identify trends and anomalies in cost/performance data and recommend corrective actions • Use advanced Excel formulas to transform and map data into customer-specific formats • Provide responsive, high-quality support to a customer with tight reporting standards and frequent requests • Maintain the program budget, track progress against baseline, and communicate financial risks/opportunities • Prepare and present financial forecasts, performance metrics, and trend analysis for internal and external stakeholders • Support month-end close, including forecasting and variance analysis for Revenue, EBITDA, OCF, and backlog • Assist with annual budget/pricing to derive contract value by government fiscal year • Complete QFSR activities, including bottoms-up EAC, award fee analysis, balance sheet metrics, and presentations to leadership

• Act as a domain expert in pricing strategy and financial analysis within consumer retail environments. • Evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs related to financial modeling, valuation, pricing optimization, and transaction analysis. • Provide structured, high-quality feedback to improve the accuracy, reasoning, and robustness of AI systems. • Stress-test complex financial scenarios to ensure outputs align with real-world investment, strategic, and operational standards. • Contribute to the creation of rigorous financial reasoning benchmarks and evaluation frameworks. • Collaborate cross-functionally with AI researchers, engineers, and product stakeholders to enhance system performance and usability.
