Onboarding Specialist

• Own onboarding for existing brand upsells and expansions across ~30 key accounts, including leading brands such as Gymshark, ASOS, adidas and Princess Polly. • Partner closely with Account Managers to support expansion into new consumer groups and markets, ensuring smooth introduction and alignment with brand stakeholders. • Manage the full onboarding journey from asset collection through to setup, integration and go-live across tools such as Salesforce, Asana and Google Suite. • Coordinate and schedule launch and media campaigns, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and launch timelines are delivered successfully. • Monitor post-launch performance in the critical first 24 hours, tracking campaign effectiveness, resolving issues, managing support tickets and proactively unblocking delays.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in a B2B, client-facing role such as Customer Success, Customer Support or Client Services, with a strong understanding of managing relationships and delivering excellent client outcomes.
  • Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple onboarding projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills across email, phone and video calls, with the confidence to engage and update clients throughout the onboarding and launch process.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring onboarding, integration and launch processes are executed smoothly and to a high standard.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and experience working with ticketing systems to manage, track and resolve client issues efficiently.

This role serves as the primary owner and coordinator of onboarding and offboarding processes across the Firm and is responsible for supporting a consistent, organized, and professional employee transition experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This position partners closely with People & Culture Leadership, IT, Payroll, Operations, and Firm leadership to support onboarding readiness, employee transitions, process improvement, and operational consistency across a growing multi-state organization.
