Role Description As a Sr. Scheduler on the Dukovany Project Delivery team, you will perform Primavera P6 schedule maintenance, planning, forecasting, resource loading, and reporting on the integrated Dukovany schedule. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Dukovany Program Controls. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere within the United States. - Work with lead scheduler to develop and maintain integrated Dukovany I&C P6 schedule. - Carry out necessary preplanning to examine scope of work and services, work breakdown structure, engineering quality and quantities, financial and contractual obligations, and division of responsibility to control and report on planning and scheduling activities. - Maintain WBS and standard coding for integration with cost and Power BI metrics. - Ensure schedule complies with contract requirements and provide early warning on schedule conflicts and issues. - Ensure accurate forecast of milestones. - Create and maintain project schedule reporting and communicate to the project stakeholders. - Support change control through development and analysis of sandbox 'what if' scenarios and analyze for milestone and labor hour impacts. - Promote teamwork and effective communication, including maintenance and dissemination of project metrics to ensure team, customer, and all stakeholders are kept informed of project status. - Provide guidance and mentoring to more junior schedulers. - Maintain project documentation including baseline, reporting, and historical records. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Construction Management or related technical discipline. - 3+ years of relevant Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
