• Own recurring reporting across Sales, Marketing, and CS: pipeline, win rates, ARR, funnel performance, churn/retention metrics, and usage data • Build and maintain reporting infrastructure in Looker Studio, BigQuery, and Salesforce • Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and accessible to the right stakeholders • Identify trends and surface insights proactively — don't wait to be asked • Design and build standard and mid-complexity dashboards for GTM stakeholders • Collaborate with the Senior Director on architecture for high-visibility exec-facing dashboards • Establish dashboard standards: naming conventions, refresh cadences, data source documentation • Maintain a self-service reporting culture — build dashboards people can trust and use without hand-holding • Identify and eliminate manual, repetitive processes across the BD&I team and GTM stakeholders • Build automated workflows in Salesforce, Looker Studio, and adjacent tools • Document automation logic and maintain operational runbooks for key recurring processes • Own complex and ambiguous ad hoc requests • Translate business questions into clear analytical frameworks and communicate findings clearly — in writing, in dashboards, and in live settings • Serve as the escalation point for data quality and SFDC issues — investigate root causes and drive resolution • Establish and enforce data standards across reporting domains you own • Ensure GTM KPI definitions are consistent and documented
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or GTM/Revenue Operations — with meaningful experience at a startup or high-growth SaaS company
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
- Proven ownership of reporting across at least two GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, or CS)
- Strong proficiency in Looker Studio or comparable BI tool (Tableau, Power BI)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce — reporting, data model, and CRM operations
- Working SQL with BigQuery or equivalent cloud data warehouse experience
- Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable presenting findings to leadership
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Role Description SafeGraph is a Data as a Service (DaaS) company with one focus: curating the most accurate, precise, and fresh points of interest (POI) database on the planet. We provide product builders, data scientists, and analytics teams with the location data they need to power site selection, transaction enrichment, advertising audiences, competitive intelligence, and more. You will play a critical role in shaping how our data products are built, validated, and trusted. This role combines product thinking with hands-on technical execution - you'll drive AI-powered product initiatives while owning the data quality processes our customers depend on. Role Description The Unconventional is seeking a qualified Language Instructor to support The Language Enabled Airman Program (LEAP) and the Air Force Culture and Language Center (AFCLC). LEAP is an AFCLC-managed, volunteer, career-spanning program that develops language-enabled, cross-culturally competent service members across the General Purpose Force (GPF) with working-level foreign language proficiency. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: - Administer the eMentor curricula (syllabi and lesson plans) provided by the Client. - Prepare instructional aids (e.g., presentation slides, digital whiteboard content) and supporting open-source materials for each session. - Instructional aids shall be prepared IAW industry’s best practices for instructional quality and effectiveness. - Operate UCC platform tools including launching live sessions, managing audio/video, screen sharing, chat, and materials, support Scholar access and keyboard setup, adjust bandwidth settings, and troubleshoot routine technical issues during instruction. - Deliver instruction aligned with lesson objectives and plans, incorporating cultural, technical, military, and geopolitical content (including open-source materials) to support language development and mission-relevant understanding for Scholars at ILR Level 2 and above. - Provide one-on-one feedback, review homework and assessments, and monitor attendance to support Scholar language development and course progress. - Support OnDemand session scheduling functions in the Language Enabled Development Resource (LEaDeR) application by coordinating weekly schedule availability with the ISS.
