Role Description We at Coforge are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer (TypeScript/Node.js/AWS) with the following skill set. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS cloud services. - Build and optimize RESTful and FHIR-based APIs, ensuring scalability, security, performance, versioning, and reliable authentication mechanisms. - Collaborate across global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality. - Contribute to system architecture, cloud infrastructure, database optimization, performance improvements, and engineering best practices for secure SaaS applications. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical software engineering experience. - 5+ years of experience building end-to-end production-grade web applications in full-stack environments. - Strong expertise in TypeScript, including generics, inference, type design, and Node.js backend development in production environments. - Hands-on experience with modern React, including performance optimization and scalability best practices. - Strong PostgreSQL experience including SQL development, query optimization, schema migrations, and database performance tuning. - Practical experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, RDS/Aurora, S3, and CloudWatch. - Experience designing scalable REST APIs and FHIR-based APIs, including resource modeling, authentication, idempotency, and versioning strategies. - 2+ years of experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude or similar) as part of the software engineering workflow. - Understanding of HIPAA requirements and experience or ability to work with sensitive healthcare data (PHI). - Strong written and verbal English communication skills for async collaboration in global teams. Requirements - Experience working in healthcare, EHR, or EMR systems. - Hands-on knowledge of FHIR R4 and healthcare interoperability standards. - Familiarity with modern TypeScript technologies such as Hono, tRPC, and Drizzle ORM. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CDK, or similar frameworks. - Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures, testing frameworks (Vitest, Playwright), and observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Sentry). • Lead teams building and delivering federated large molecule AI systems, staying hands-on across antibody modeling, co-folding, binder prediction, and developability • Build and implement ML applications large biomolecular foundation models such as OpenFold, Boltz-2 and ESM • Own delivery of these against committed milestones and ensure high-quality model releases ship on time • Translate ambiguous scientific and technical goals into clear plans, priorities, workstreams, and decisions • Guide evaluation decisions and build on them to deliver results packages to external stakeholders • Surface risks, blockers, bugs, timeline changes, and technical trade-offs early, with clear recommendations • Align consortium members on objectives, evaluation criteria, data requirements, timelines, and delivery expectations • Work with product, engineering, research, and leadership to ensure application requirements shape the model roadmap.

• Lead the strategic design and governance of the technical platform (IDP). • Conduct an initial diagnostic and immersion (assessment) lasting 2 to 4 weeks. • Develop the platform blueprint and the strategic roadmap for architectural evolution. • Establish technical governance for technology choices, microservices standardization, SDKs, and the use of message queues. • Drive platformization to provide accelerators that support product teams. • Act as a technical enabler, empowering product teams and ensuring integration with existing corporate solutions.
