As an integral part of the team, the Compensation Consultant will assist in the day-to-day operations of the department’s programs, which may include: - Job evaluation - Performance appraisal - Salary administration - Incentive programs Plan compensation programs, procedures, and practices to ensure consistency with the organization's overall objectives and compliance with professional standards, and state and federal regulatory requirements. This is a remote position; candidates may reside anywhere within the United States. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Knowledge of current Federal, State, and local compensation laws and regulations - Strong analytical, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills - Previous experience with survey management (PayScale, MarketPay, etc.) - Ability to act effectively as a consultant with all levels of staff (including executive level) - Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to influence and collaborate with others - Proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc. - Human Resources or Compensation professional designation preferred Requirements - Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience - Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in compensation Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision Care and Wellness Programs - 401(k) Plan with Matching Contributions - Paid Time Off and Company Holidays - Career Growth Opportunities and Tuition Reimbursement
