Job Description
Sales Director
Lifted, an Upwork Company
• Lead the development and execution of a scalable go-to-market strategy that expands Lifted’s footprint in enterprise contingent workforce programs, with a strong emphasis on measurable revenue and growth outcomes. • Prospect, pitch, and close complex, transformation-focused enterprise deals — positioning Lifted as the integrated solution for contingent workforce needs across contract types (independent contractor, EOR, AOR, staff augmentation, SOW) and geographies. • Build and deepen executive relationships with decision-makers at target enterprises, identifying workforce challenges and delivering tailored, compliant solutions leveraging Lifted’s full-service model. • Oversee long-cycle pipeline management, ensuring disciplined forecasting, prioritization, and clarity of focus across active pursuits, especially deals involving complex procurement-led evaluations. • Partner across account management, talent delivery, product, legal, compliance, and operations teams to streamline delivery processes, ensure adherence to global compliance, contracting, and payment workflows, and drive successful engagements at scale. • Monitor client, regulatory, and market trends — including compliance, classification, global hiring regulations and contingent labor market dynamics — to inform strategic decision-making and refine Lifted’s service offerings. • Advise clients as a strategic workforce consultant: recommend optimal talent mix and engagement model (IC, EOR, AOR, SOW, staff augmentation), design compliant contingent workforce programs, and articulate cost efficiencies and operational benefits of leveraging Lifted.
Job Requirements
- Deep expertise in contingent labor programs, including vendor management systems (VMS), master services agreements (MSA), global classification & compliance, independent contractor compliance, and employer-of-record (EOR) / agent-of-record (AOR) workflows.
- Proven track record of executive-level enterprise sales, ideally in staffing, workforce solutions, or contingent labor platforms — especially within enterprise-grade, compliance-sensitive environments.
- Strong knowledge of the modern contingent workforce market and regulatory environment, including global hiring, labor classification, compliance, and flexible workforce models; ability to translate this knowledge into strategic client advisement and go-to-market differentiation.
- Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing, inclusive, metric-driven sales teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills — with confidence engaging C-level executives and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder purchase processes.
- Data-informed decision-making: ability to balance immediate sales targets with long-term strategic growth, adopting a consultative, insight-led approach to enterprise talent solutions.
Benefits
- Comprehensive medical coverage for you and your family
