Product Owner – Microsoft Dynamics

• Responsibility for the development and enhancement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 product portfolio (CRM & ERP) • Directing product development according to business and strategic objectives • Analyzing business processes to identify optimization opportunities • Close collaboration with business units, IT, internal development teams and external partners • Translating business requirements into user stories, epics and features • Validating product ideas and coordinating effort and resource estimations • Planning and coordinating releases, preparing functional documentation and supporting training

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment
  • Strong knowledge in both CRM and, ideally, ERP/F&SCM areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and their representation in CRM and ERP systems
  • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, epics and acceptance criteria for development teams
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent German and good English skills
