• As part of one of our teams around Heartbeat AI, you will help building our virtual power plant leveraging our energy manager "Heartbeat", and continuously ship innovative energy market solutions to our customers. • This is a builder role at the intersection of engineering and product: you co-own the product, define what gets built together with your cross-functional team, ship it fast, and use AI as a force multiplier along the way. • Cloud Architects and SREs will enable you to easily deliver and run software in a consistent, secure, and reliable way. • Own feature development end-to-end, from problem framing through production deployment to long-term maintenance • Define feature scope together with PMs and engage with the "why", not just the "what" • Drive technical decisions and guide fellow engineers on architectural choices • Keep feedback loops short: prototype, ship to real users, observe, adjust • Use AI tools to amplify your impact and explore AI-powered product opportunities where they make sense • Push back when something doesn't make sense and propose a better direction • Improve developer experience by reducing tech debt, automating workflows, and documenting decisions and runbooks

• Collect project requirements from customers through remote interviews. • Implement customized solutions and services based on the SOW utilizing 8x8 products, APIs, and 3rd-party software development tools as required. • Design and prototyping software development projects as required and be responsible for the quality of work produced. • Manage the customer’s deployment of 8x8 services and solutions as specified in the SOW. • Present 8x8 services and customized solutions to customers, including executives and end-users. • Meet or exceed P&L goals for professional services. • Configuring systems that we have in 8x8, integration with scripting in PHP and Python.

• Develop and maintain upstream k0s related projects under the CNCF umbrella • Design and implement integrating new features from the cloud native technologies landscape that compliment the Mirantis Kubernetes products • Following the latest developments in the container technology ecosystem and identifying matters that could impact the product roadmap • Act as a cloud native software and technologies subject matter expert and evangelist within the company and broader community
