• Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across the Americas — find the right plants, identify champions, get us in the room • Run the full sales cycle from first contact through demo, commercial negotiation, and close • Navigate complex enterprise accounts: multiple stakeholders, supplier onboarding processes, procurement red tape • Develop sales materials grounded in the problems we've already solved for customers and new opportunities we see • Feed customer insights back into our product and AI layer — your interactions shape what we build now and next • Partner with our existing Sales Lead to build effective reporting • Travel extensively across Mexico, USA, Canada, and Latin America to meet customers and attend industry events

• Deploy technology with customers and help them use it to improve their plants. • Assess customer needs while observing their operations and addressing critical impacts. • Take a problem from "I saw something that could be improved at a plant” to a shipped feature. • Work closely with our ML team to turn outputs into usable features for different stakeholders.

• Overseeing all financial operations, driving financial strategy, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing the company's financial systems and teams • Accountability over all financial control processes, including month-end close, P&L and balance sheet review, and revenue/inventory reconciliation • Oversee cashflow forecasting, working capital planning, and Opex funding decisions • Execute Foreign Exchange planning and hedging strategies. Manage commission accounting and margin deposit requirements for trading activities. • Oversee more technical accounting issues (e.g., derivatives, equity, revenue recognition) • Manage the preparation and filing of year-end statutory accounts for all jurisdictions (UK, Irish, Greek branch filings) • Lead the end-to-end external audit process • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all corporate and indirect tax returns (VAT, Corporate Tax) across all relevant regions • Manage R&D tax credit claims and oversee tax planning, including permanent establishment risk • Oversee the monthly payroll cycle, including review, commission instruction, and associated compliance (PAYE) • Oversee employee equity administration (Capdesk, option issuance/cancellation) and required HMRC valuations and accounting • Prepare high-quality financial reports for Safi’s investors, including monthly updates and responses to ad-hoc queries • Mentor finance team members and manage banking relationships, insurance renewals, and general ad-hoc legal/financial requests
