• Analyze current-state processes for enlisted performance evaluation workflows (e.g., EVALs/FITREPs) • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for automation • Document as-is and to-be process flows, including decision points and exception handling • Collaborate with Navy stakeholders to validate process understanding and requirements • Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for RPA and IDP solutions • Translate business processes into clear automation logic and rule definitions • Develop user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria • Ensure traceability between requirements, business rules, and implemented automations • Work with developers to define requirements for data extraction from evaluation documents using IDP tools • Help establish data normalization standards across extracted fields • Validate extracted data against expected formats and business context • Define and document business rules to verify completeness and correctness of enlisted evaluation documents • Support implementation of rule-based validation (e.g., required fields, formatting, scoring consistency) • Assist in identifying edge cases and exception scenarios • Develop and execute UAT test cases focused on evaluation document processing • Validate that automation outputs meet Navy business standards • Support defect tracking, triage, and resolution • Act as liaison between Navy personnel SMEs and automation developers • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and demos • Communicate progress, risks, and requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Job Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in RPA or automation initiatives
- Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) concepts and tools
- Strong experience in business process mapping (BPMN, Visio, etc.)
- Strong experience leading software implementation teams
- Strong experience with agile software delivery
- Ability to define business rules and validation logic in structured formats
- Strong knowledge of Navy and DoD PWS and SOWs to ensure delivery compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Navy personnel systems or enlisted evaluation processes (EVALs/FITREPs)
- Experience supporting document-heavy workflows and data extraction solutions
- Knowledge of data normalization and structured/unstructured data handling
- Active or previous security clearance
- Experience leading implementation of automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Appian, BP, etc.)

Role Description The Construction Robotics & Emerging Technology Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales, adoption, and market growth of HP SitePrint (HPSP) and LightYX solutions across a multi-state territory spanning Washington, DC through Georgia. This role is highly specialized and requires a consultative sales approach focused on robotics, layout automation, and emerging field technologies. - Work in close coordination with Construction Technology Account Executives (CTAEs) within each territory to engage existing customers, generate introductions, and expand opportunities within the current customer base. - Generate leads and opportunities through personal efforts. - Grow utilization within the existing HPSP customer base by increasing printing volume, improving workflows, and ensuring successful field adoption through hands-on training and support. - Combine technical knowledge, strategic selling, and strong internal collaboration to successfully position and close complex technology solutions.
