This role sits at the heart of our Service Delivery Enablement function and is focused on building practical, contemporary and digitally enabled education that supports safe, high‑quality home-based care. You’ll work closely with Community Nurses, Clinical Coaches & Leads and senior clinicians to strengthen skills, support nurses, and shape a thriving learning culture. With a strong focus on South Australia, you’ll also contribute to education delivery and capability uplift across our national nursing workforce. What you’ll do - Design and deliver clinical skills uplift education (face-to-face and virtual), in 1:1 and group formats. - Support the development of graduate programs, early career pathways and nursing inductions and build strong relationships with universities - Provide on‑the‑road field support, including shadowing community nurses, observing care and offering real-time coaching. - Deliver and support education in clinical systems, applications and digital platforms. - Develop education content independently and in collaboration with Clinical Coaches, Professional Leads and senior clinicians. - Contribute to CPD planning, competency assessments and continuous improvement initiatives. - Help build and evolve Amplar’s nursing education framework in a growing, fast-moving environment. This is a full time, permanent role based in Adelaide (work from home and in the office) with some interstate travel required About you You’re an AHPRA registered Nurse who enjoys being close to practice and supporting others to grow. You’ll bring: - Minimum 2 years of relevant educator experience with recency of experience, ideally in community or home-based care. - Experience in delivering group and 1:1 clinical education & facilitation - Strong hands-on clinical skills, ideally including: - - Chronic & complex wound management, negative pressure wound therapy, and compression bandaging. - Continence management and indwelling & suprapubic catheter management - Vascular access management including PICCs, port-a-caths, and cannulation competency - Ostomy and stomal management - Medication management in the community inclusive of medication infusions via pumps. - Basic Life Support - Confidence working in the field and supporting nurses 1:1 in community settings. - Strong digital literacy and the ability to train others in clinical systems and tools. - Experience with graduate programs and supervision frameworks. - Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122) Be Yourself.
