Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer with 3–5 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies, event-driven architectures, AWS cloud services, workflow orchestration, and modern DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and web applications. - Build RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and TypeScript frameworks. - Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using React and Next.js. - Implement event-driven and asynchronous architectures using AWS messaging and streaming services. - Design and optimize database schemas and queries for relational and NoSQL databases. - Develop workflow automation and orchestration solutions using Camunda BPM. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve observability. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and data teams. - Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and best practice initiatives. - Contribute to scalable analytics and data integration solutions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 3–5 years of software development experience. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
