• Responsible for effectively communicating product and clinical benefits of Barostim therapy to cardiologists, heart failure/hypertension specialists, and cardiac/vascular surgeons to ensure their understanding of the therapy. • Facilitate trainings and other programs on proper application of Barostim therapy to clinicians, office, and hospital staff. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during implant procedures, follow-up procedures, titrations, and patient office visits to ensure positive clinical outcomes. • Work with Territory Managers in developing effective plans to communicate the benefits of our technology, tailored to specific markets. • Work with Territory Managers, key physicians and site staff in the development and execution of a plan to effectively launch CVRx programs at new customer sites and ensure ongoing commitment to the program. • Drive utilization and continuous expansion of Barostim therapy through disease state education and supporting the development of therapeutic programs. • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business. • Meet with existing and potential health care providers to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care, providing creative and feasible solutions. • Adheres to sales management processes and reporting systems usage, including maintaining an accurate record of devices and programmers at all times in Salesforce. • Provide additional back-up support to other field staff as needed.

• Manage a high volume patient case-load. • Provide comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions (psychiatric consultation available). • Implement medication treatment plans for eating disorders and co-occurring conditions in a virtual clinic (i.e. telehealth) setting. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, therapists, patient mentors, and family mentors, along with outside providers. • Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip EMR in accordance with Equip’s policies and procedures. • Engage in treatment team meetings, supervision, and department meetings. • Perform other duties as assigned.
