Job Description

Digital Management & Operations Coordinator

Entrepreneur Cooperative

• Manage and organize the CEO’s inbox and communications • Flag high-priority emails and assist with response prioritization • Coordinate calendars, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups • Help move projects and action items from pending to completed • Prepare notes, summaries, and operational follow-ups • Research and identify vendors nationwide, including: Steel suppliers, Erection crews, Specialty construction vendors • Gather and organize vendor information including: Contact details, Pricing, Service areas, Availability • Maintain searchable vendor databases and spreadsheets • Follow up with vendors to obtain missing information • Update and maintain product listings in WordPress • Upload and organize product photos and project images • Use Adobe Photoshop or similar tools to resize and optimize images for web • Assist with updating product descriptions and website content • Help maintain visually organized and accurate product pages • Organize project photos and video assets from construction builds • Create simple marketing videos for social media and website use using existing content • Maintain organized media libraries and digital assets • Coordinate with leadership regarding marketing priorities and deadlines • Coordinate deliveries, scheduling, and logistics activities • Help track materials, shipments, and operational timelines • Assist with internal reporting and operational administrative tasks • Support day-to-day operational problem solving and coordination • Data entry and documentation management • Organize digital files and internal systems • Handle recurring administrative tasks • Provide support wherever needed to help operations run efficiently
