We’re looking for Front End and Full stack engineers to join our team. Our team ensures we stay at the forefront of the fight against financial crime by building the essential tools and workflows that guarantee our products are used as intended. To navigate an evolving regulatory landscape, we combine: - Custom Innovation: In-house data analytics, bespoke software, and tailored workflows. - Elite Partnerships: Industry-leading third-party AI for advanced transaction monitoring and analysis. By integrating these powerful resources, we protect our platform from criminal activity while ensuring legitimate users can send support safely and efficiently. What you will own: - Contribute to mobile applications to support financial crime workflows. - Build and maintain software to automate and improve Zepz's Financial Crime workflows, tooling, and systems for both brands. - Look after and improve our existing Anti-Money Laundering, and customer screening solutions. - Collaborate with other teams to help ensure that the products and features they are building aren’t enabling criminals. What you bring to the table As a Front End Engineer: You are passionate about building and maintaining customer-facing mobile experiences (Ideally React Native), to solve real world problems. As a Full stack Engineer: You have experience building and maintaining end to end mobile applications (Ideally React Native), and the services they rely on to meet our customer's needs at scale (Python/Java). - Code is: best practice compliant, well-tested, maintainable, scalable, and documented. - Experience developing cloud native services (Ideally AWS) - Good understanding of observability and metrics: Proficient with dashboards, alerting, and monitoring for operational excellence and business metrics. - Excellent at working with product/engineering and managing stakeholder expectations. - Pragmatic: Understands balancing 'perfect' with 'done' without compromising essentials. - Skilled at priority balancing: Communicates impact clearly when accepting or declining tasks. - Believe in diversity and inclusivity.
