WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is based in Los Angeles, California and operates under adidas’ hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work in the office Monday through Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. In-office attendance may be required on Fridays when business priorities demand increased collaboration or in-person presentations. The work environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly cross-functional. This role requires balancing multiple product seasons simultaneously while partnering with internal teams, external partners, and global stakeholders. Domestic and international travel may be required based on business and partnership needs. REPORTING STRUCTURE This role reports to Senior Product Management leadership within the Basketball Business Unit. The position works closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Development, Materials, Costing, Planning, Sports Marketing, Go To Market, and external basketball partners. The role also maintains significant exposure to global business units, markets, key accounts, clubs, teams, and federations while supporting strategic product and category initiatives across the basketball organization. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The anticipated base salary range for this position is $108,000 to $115,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location. Compensation for this role is designed to be competitive within the market and aligned with internal equity and business considerations.
