Role Description The YoungLives coordinator serves, in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures established by mission leadership, to develop and sustain YoungLives ministries in the respective areas. Training - Completion of at least two years as a Staff Associate. - Core Training — phase one to be completed as a Staff Associate. - Attend YoungLives trainings as directed by the YoungLives regional and/or divisional coordinator. - Participation in missionwide staff conference every four years. - Participation in additional training or experiences if deemed necessary (e.g., more urban exposure; Taking Donors Seriously (TDS) training). - Attend regional training as directed by the regional director. - Pursue continuing educational opportunities including graduate degrees.
