Business Operations is leading the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) transformation at Mastercard through our tooling and by advocating for change and standards across development, quality, release, and product organizations. We are looking for team members with an appetite for change and a desire to push the boundaries of automation. Experience working across development, operations, and product teams to prioritize needs and build strong relationships is essential. Our team's Mission: The role of Business Operations is to act as the production readiness steward for the platform. This is achieved by partnering closely with developers to design, build, implement, and support technology services. A Business Operations engineer ensures that operational criteria such as system availability, capacity, performance, monitoring, self-healing, and deployment automation are embedded throughout the delivery process. We drive this transformation through daily operations with a strong focus on triage and root cause analysis, while understanding the business impact of our products. The goal is to shift left-becoming more proactive earlier in the development process-and to effectively manage production and change activities to enhance customer experience and maximize application value. BizOps teams also focus on risk management, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation across all environments. There is a strong emphasis on streamlining and standardizing support activities, as well as centralizing interactions with internal and external partners through effective communication. Ultimately, BizOps aligns product and customer-focused priorities with operational needs, continuously reviewing performance and providing feedback to development teams to improve customer experience. The Role: • Engage in and improve the full lifecycle of services-from design and deployment to operation and refinement• Analyze ITSM activities and provide feedback to development teams on operational gaps and resiliency concerns• Support services before launch through system design consulting, capacity planning, and readiness reviews• Maintain live services by monitoring availability, latency, and system health• Scale systems through automation and improve reliability and delivery velocity• Practice effective incident response and conduct blameless postmortems• Take a holistic approach to problem-solving to optimize mean time to recovery• Work with global teams across multiple regions and time zones• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members All about You• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience• Experience in a financial environment will be preferred• An excellent problem-solver who is analytical with great planning skills• Able to organize, multitask, and prioritize effectively and navigate independently• A great listener with good verbal and written communication skills• Strong collaborator who excels in stakeholder management skills• Proven experience with UNIX, scripting, Oracle, and SQL• Ability to handle challenging situations and make decisions with urgency• Experience with C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl, or Ruby preferred• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and BlazeMeter• Passion for designing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems coupled with an interest in automation skills Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: - Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices; - Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; - Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and - Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.

• Conduct Safety Evaluations and Testing of Equipment in field installation settings • Manage, Execute, and report on projects requiring safety evaluations per national safety standard requirements • Conduct Field Labeling Evaluations in accordance with SGS CRS US Field Evaluation Body Program requirements • Deliver well-written field evaluation reports along with required documentation within defined time frames • Effectively communicate field evaluation report results with customers • Review customer responses to non-compliance letter reports, as needed • Review pre-evaluation documents to understand objectives of assignment prior to start of service • Effectively schedule travel and execute assigned evaluations to minimize travel time and expenses • Provide travel and expense cost estimates as requested • Execute field inspections within assigned time frame and cost estimate • Submit final travel and expense costs in a timely manner • Execute all work with a professional manner aligned with the SGS Integrity Policy • Adhere to internal SGS standards, policies and procedures • Performs other duties as assigned or required
• Create PCB layouts for complex digital, analog, RF, high-speed, and power electronics designs. • Plan and manage PCB stack-ups in collaboration with fabrication vendors and manufacturing engineers. • Partner with electrical engineers to interpret schematics, routing rules, and design intent. • Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure proper board form factor integration, connector positioning, placement constraints. • Apply best practices for signal integrity, power integrity, grounding, impedance control, and thermal/EMI mitigation. • Conduct design reviews and implement feedback to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and compliance with company standards. • Generate and maintain manufacturing documentation, including Gerber/ODB++ files, fabrication and assembly notes and drawings. • Work with manufacturing engineering to ensure designs meet supplier DFM requirements.
• Oversight and technical direction for the conversion and operation of power generation units • Leverage knowledge of boiler performance and system configuration based on unit response to operation inputs • Support design and/or coordination reviews with clients and other project team members • Collaborate with engineers and project managers across various projects • Work closely with vendors for technical reviews and production • Ensure adherence to design requirements and performance as directed by clients
