AI Enablement & Digital Transformation - Support the PROX Lead and project team in initiatives related to AI, automation, and digital tools that aim to improve People Services delivery and user experience. - Assist in identifying simple people-services use cases suitable for automation, self-service, or AI support, based on recurring inquiries and operational challenges. - Participate in pilots, user acceptance testing (UAT), and rollout activities for digital or AI-enabled solutions. - Support preparation of basic documentation, user guides, and adoption materials. - Assist with change activities such as team communications, content updates, and user support during transitions. Efficiency Improvement & Process Optimization - Support initiatives that aim to reduce manual work, turnaround time, and repetitive inquiries. - Assist in reviewing workflows and service processes to identify improvement opportunities. - Help track efficiency improvements using trackers, spreadsheets, and simple dashboards. - Contribute ideas and suggestions that support continuous improvement within PROX. Project Coordination & Initiative Support - Support the PROX Lead with day-to-day project activities such as updating trackers, maintaining documentation, and preparing simple status updates. - Assist in preparing project materials including presentations, data inputs, trackers, and post-implementation summaries. - Gain exposure to global project execution and structured delivery practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with HR teams, GPSS stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to support digital and service improvement initiatives. - Learn how to collaborate effectively across regions and cultures in a global environment. People Services & Operations - Support the Centralized People Helpdesk (CPH) by assisting with inquiries through ServiceNow and other service channels. - Learn to interpret employee inquiries and apply policies, guidelines, and SOPs with guidance from senior team members. - Assist in maintaining SOPs, knowledge articles, and FAQs to improve service quality and first-contact resolution. Skills & Experience - Fresh graduate or up to 1-2 years of experience in IT, HR, business, operations, or related fields. - Interest in AI, automation, digital tools, or process improvement. - Willingness to learn and support AI-enabled and data-driven workflows (execution and adoption focus). - Basic analytical skills with attention to accuracy and data quality. - Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and basic reports. - Good coordination and organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks with supervision. - Clear communicator with the ability to work with different teams and cultures. - Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
